Once you’ve completed your capture tour, go through your task list like a CEO.  Get creative in how you can accomplish each task by outsourcing it.  This could mean paying for someone else to do it, trading a service with a friend who’s good at or enjoys this sort of thing or finding a family member that can help.  We’ve all tried playing Wonder Woman or Superman only to be a stressed out, uptight host by the time the guests arrived so learn from your past and ask for help. You’re still a superhero, don’t worry.

Re-write your list of cleaning tasks by grouping similar tasks together.  Do it logically.  For example, if you must pre-soak a few areas first, group that task with the clearing of clutter from the same areas.  When we chunk two to three tasks together this makes our list a lot more manageable and less overwhelming. Tip 4: Conquer with confidence!

Now that you have divided you’re ready to conquer!  Turn up the music and start with your favorite or easiest group of tasks. The goal is just to get started so that we don’t procrastinate until the day of the party and stress out.  Starting with the easiest tasks will give you a sense of accomplishment and motivate you to finish cleaning your house for the party!
